Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Executive or Manager for a Leading Hospitality Group in Kerala. Work location shall be Cochin, Alleppey, Thrissur, Trivandrum. As a Reservation Executive or Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field 4 to 6 years of experience in reservation management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in reservation management software and MS Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Roles And Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all reservation activities in a timely and efficient manner Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about available services and packages Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and promptly Prepare and maintain reservation records and reports Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints or issues Monitor reservation trends and make recommendations for improvement Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings,
