Role: Branch Customer Success Managers are front line sourcing employees of ABCDL positioned in One ABC as well as single LOB branches of ABC for cross selling ABC products. They are on roll, Non Poornata Individual Contributors at JB 11 reporting to ACSM/RCSM.
Responsibilities: Solicit business for ABCDL from the leads generated through self-sourcing, CSEs in One ABC/Single LOB branches of ABC BUs and BTL activities conducted in their catchment areas as well as from the leads shared centrally from the marketing activities and virtual engagement channel.
Product Line: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, Personal/Business Financing and Home Financing
Hierarchy: BCSM (5 Levels) >>> ACSM - RCSM >>> ZCSM >>> Head Distribution
Competencies Required: Self starter, go getter, drive to achieve and excel, good communication skills (written and oral), having a flair for sales and marketing in the open market through self sourcing for multi line products, proven track record having experience in the range of 2 to 5 years in selling multi financial products. Minimum education qualification has to be graduation.
Sourcing Pool: NBFC Sectors, Banking Sectors with Cross Selling experience.
Seating: In One ABC branches or single LOB branches of various ABC Bus
