Job Summary: The Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies while creating visually engaging content. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen and graphic design skills to effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create, edit, and manage visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials. Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and comments. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms. Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. Qualifications: MBA in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media management and graphic design. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
