Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Finance with a strong foundation in Indian corporate laws and taxation. The ideal candidate will have a post-CA qualification with at least 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in the services industry. The role requires strategic financial leadership, compliance oversight, and strong communication skills to support both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with Indian corporate laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
  
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  
• Review and streamline financial processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning and strategic initiatives.
  
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
  
• Mentor and manage finance team members for optimal performance.
  

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the services industry.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, direct and indirect taxes.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  
• Willingness to work in the 2 PM 11 PM IST shift.
