Job Description

  • Contribute to Org wide L&D strategy, technology roadmap and talent incubation to support the delivery strategy and people development for a highly dynamic and demanding Airline industry.
  • Hire, and ramp up freshers based on the business needs, curate the training, keep track of quality, the effectiveness of the training.
  • Contribute to the skill assessment to identify the skill gaps and devise a plan to bridge the skill gaps through various upskilling means, own the effectiveness of the training.
  • Understand business needs, collaborate with the business to identify, and agree on learning needs and priorities aligned to business requirements and intelligence, devise a plan in line with the competency matrix.
  • Work with the stakeholders to curate and oversee the execution of the training plan across the board, keep taking and giving feedback to improve the effectiveness of the program.
  • Contribute to the selection and management of external suppliers, trainers and coaches,
  • Help to drive content development of the technology on the learning agenda.
  • Facilitator, curator of knowledge and learning resources
  • Ability to present information using a variety of techniques such as face to face, online classroom, role-playing, simulation, group dynamics, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, and webinars
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Technology Leaders to agree on priority capability gaps and create bespoke solutions where applicable
  • Manage stakeholders effectively; demonstrate strong business partner skills and be responsible and/or accountable for all agreed deliverables
  • Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of learning interventions/solutions
  • Manage general logistics and administration for assigned individual and group learning programs
  • Contribute to end-to-end learning program management including content management, benchmarking, implementation, communication, analytics, and reporting.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business partners at all levels, to uncover and support learning priorities.
  • Experience in designing and developing training materials in all modalities
