Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
Direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Manage the waiting area, ensuring it's clean and well-stocked with necessary materials.
Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery.
Booking Guest House and Hotel Accommodation.
Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed.
Provide general information on banking services and policies.
Assist customers with routine banking transactions.
Escalate complex issues to relevant personnel.
Support for Event Management.
