Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a corporate sales team of 8 members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and maximize revenue. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture. Work closely with senior management to align team goals with overall company objectives.
Analyze sales performance metrics and report on team progress to senior leadership. Identify new market opportunities and actively engage with key clients and partners.
Preference:
Proven experience in corporate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies with measurable outcomes.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
