Job Description

Position: Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Working with the Salesforce Architecture and Design:

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

2. Development and Customization:

• Utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to develop customized solutions that meet business needs.
• Implement and maintain complex Salesforce functionalities, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, and validation rules.

3. Sales and Service Cloud Expertise:

• Demonstrate expertise in configuring and optimizing Sales and Service Cloud functionalities to enhance user experience.
• Provide guidance on best practices for implementing Sales and Service Cloud solutions.

4. Integration:

• Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
• Ensure data integrity and security during integration processes.

5. Omni Studio:

• Leverage Omni Studio for designing end-to-end business processes and creating guided user experiences.
• Implement solutions that streamline and automate business processes using Omni Studio components.

6. CI/CD and DevOps:

• Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
• Implement DevOps best practices, and work with tools such as Copado to facilitate continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Developer/Lead (7+ years hands-on experience on Salesforce platform) with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud. Auto Cloud would be a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices; Copado experience is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
