Job Description

Job Profile: HR Professional

Location- Dwaraka, Delhi

Salary- Up to 7 Lacs


  • Key Role:
    • Acts as the central contact for management and team members on all HR matters.
    • Fosters a family-like work culture and team bonding within the company.
  • Core HR Functions:
    • Payroll preparation, PF, ESI, NPS, and incentive management.
    • Drafting and circulating HR communications via email.
    • Organizing training programs and professional development activities.
    • Maintaining team morale and motivation.
    • Ensuring workplace discipline and addressing inter-personal issues.
    • Setting up, executing, and monitoring performance evaluation systems.
    • Managing attendance sheets and leave records.
    • Handling employee induction and exit (FnF) formalities.
    • Staying updated on latest HR trends in progressive companies.
  • Policy & Compliance Responsibilities:
    • Independently formulate and implement HR policies aligned with government regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety norms.
    • Manage employment terms, PF calculations, salary processing, etc.

B. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • Postgraduate Diploma or MBA in Business Administration (HR specialization).

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years, preferably 45 years, in a similar HR role.

Additional Required Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR procedures, systems, forms, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Indian labour and social security laws (EPF, ESI, NPS, etc.).
  • Proven track record in a service-oriented HR role with governance responsibilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality, maturity, and fairness.
  • Experience in dealing with personal conflicts, gender sensibilities, and inter-personal issues.
  • Willingness to continuously upskill based on job requirements.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and HR software (MS Office, emails, internet, etc.).

Note:
Candidates with experience focused primarily on recruitment, selection, and exit processes are not preferred, as these are minor components of the role.

  • Flexibility to oversee day-to-day administrative planning and execution when required, in coordination with Admin staff.
