Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu
Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift EST/PST)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in US Healthcare Recruitment
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), social media, internal databases, and ATS tools to source candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Negotiate pay rates, availability, and placement logistics with candidates.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure full compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings.
- Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and increase retention.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruitment.
- Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, roles, and compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO, etc.).
- Proven experience using ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva) and job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiating capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a US night shift environment.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
