Job Opening: Java Automation Tester (Selenium)

Role Summary:

We are looking for experienced Java Automation Testing Engineers with strong skills in Selenium for an exciting opportunity with a top-tier client. This role demands hands-on experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
  
• Understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  
• Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring timely closure of issues.
  
• Collaborate with developers and other QA team members for effective testing.
  
• Participate in regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing activities.
  

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Java-based test automation.
  
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit.
  
• Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred).
  
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of frameworks like Cucumber, Page Object Model is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with API Testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured is an advantage.
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
