Job Description
- Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities and compete for work demands.
- Discover efficient ways to organize, store, and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.
- To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within.
- Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all datasets.
Requirements
Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights for business operations.
- Develop and automate periodic reports to enhance operational efficiency.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in designing and implementing data tracking and management systems.
Platform Utilization:
- Leverage advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros, to manage and analyze data effectively.
- The candidate needs to work on building solutions on Smartsheet and Monday.com (training and resources will be provided).
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Support team members in using MIS tools effectively.
