Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Sales Manager to lead our agency business initiatives across Digital Office locations, with a strong focus on Health, Motor, and other insurance lines. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving agent recruitment, activation, and productivity, while closely collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic sales objectives. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and direct impact on organizational success.


Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow the agency business in Digital Office locations across multiple lines including Health, Motor, and others.
  • Lead efforts in Agency Recruitment, Agent Activation, Productivity Enhancement, and overall Agent Engagement.
  • Define, implement, and monitor key agency metrics to ensure performance consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Achieve both top-line and bottom-line sales targets based on defined business metrics.
  • Provide geographic-level strategic insights, and review/execute data-driven plans to improve sales outcomes.
  • Drive policy renewals and ensure retention in line with target metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and improve agent support.
  • Build and foster a high-performance culture, inspiring agents and sales teams to exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and interpreting performance dashboards.
  • Exposure to digital marketing tools and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating distributed teams.
