Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer queries/concerns and supporting customers in answering product and service-related questions.
Maintains customer records by updating query/concern-related information in the CRM tool.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Coordination with different brands and corporations for conducting an event.
