Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Specialist
Working across the University to understand job and personality requirements for
vacancies
Adaptability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Analyzing recruiting trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Establishing and maintaining co-ordination with hiring managers, and potential
candidates.
Evaluating/ Screening candidate qualifications and assessing their fit for the job.
Conduct interviews as per our SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
Maintaining updated records of recruitment activities and progress.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
