Java Developer Lead @ Net Connect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Mumbai. • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and development standards.
• Define software architecture and design scalable, maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical project scopes.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices across the team.
• Engage in hands-on development and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Monitor project timelines, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant innovations into our solutions.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Java development, including team leadership.
• Expertise in:
  • Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate
  • Database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Software design principles and architectural patterns
• Bonus Skills:
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
