HR Executive Immediate Joiner Preferred

Net Salary:

18,000 20,000 per month (based on experience and skill). Willing to pay higher for the right candidate.

Experience:

1 or 2 years in HR (preferred in small or mid-sized companies/startups)

Job Type:

Full-time | 6 Days a Week | Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and daily attendance reports
• Support performance tracking and feedback systems
• Address team conflicts and assist in maintaining discipline
• Draft and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals
• Ensure confidentiality and a neutral approach in handling issues
• Coordinate with management for team audits and improvements
  

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to remain objective and firm
• Discreet, reliable, and process-oriented
• Fluent in English and Tamil
