Automation Test Engineer (Compliance) @ IT Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer (Compliance) to join our Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts that ensure our software products comply with industry regulations, standards, and internal compliance requirements. Your expertise will help maintain product quality, mitigate risks, and support audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks focused on compliance-related features and workflows.

Collaborate with product, development, and compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into test cases.

Execute automated and manual tests to validate compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, or others relevant to the business.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports aligned with compliance audits.

Participate in compliance risk assessments and support remediation activities through testing.

Continuously improve automation processes and contribute to the overall test strategy.

Stay updated on changes to regulatory requirements and update test suites accordingly.
