Job Description

This is a permanent work from home position from anywhere in India Notice period - less than 30 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience to lead high-performing Agile teams. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Skills:

• Expert in Scrum, Agile, and SAFe practices
  
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred
