Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Node.js developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building scalable backend applications using Node.js and related technologies, with a passion for creating efficient, maintainable, and clean code.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Proficiency in frameworks like NestJS, Express, or Loopback.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and integrating backend REST APIs.
- Experience working with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of scalable architecture and best practices for clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to thoroughly understand project requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for building complex, high-quality systems.
- Knowledge of tools like ESLint, Prettier, and static code analysis tools for maintaining code quality.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver high-quality backend applications.
- Architect and design solutions during the requirement phase of the project.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance project outcomes through critical thinking and design improvements.
- Create and integrate robust and efficient REST APIs.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices while balancing business needs.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Manage the deployment of applications on cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS, Azure etc.
Good to have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines for automated deployments.
