Ergonomics Engineer @ PLM Indishtech

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ergonomics Engineer with hands-on expertise in human simulation tools and ergonomic analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple ergo-related projects, along with exposure to immersive technology and motion capture tools.

Role & responsibilities

• Use Process Simulate Human Builder tool for ergonomic simulations.
  
• Independently manage or support 3-4 ergonomic projects.
  
• Apply ergonomic theories like REBA, NIOSH, SNOOK, and ART in evaluations.
  
• Work with VR, XR, and Mocap (Motion Capture) tools.
  
• Utilize Xsens software for motion data analysis.
  
• Collaborate using 3D CAD software (preferred).
  
• Prepare ergonomic reports and dashboards using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Factors, or related fields
