Job Description

Act as a trusted advisor to ourclients, actively engaging with them to understand their business processes,challenges, and goals.

Lead the process of collecting,documenting, and analyzing client business requirements, translating them intoactionable plans for system configuration and customization.

Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365Business Central to meet client-specific business processes and workflows,ensuring optimal system performance.

Develop comprehensive functionaldocumentation, including specifications, process diagrams, and user guides, tosupport system design

and training.

Provide training and support toclients' end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365Business Central to improve their daily operations.

Conduct rigorous testing andquality assurance to ensure that the configured system meets the specifiedrequirements and functions flawlessly.

Investigate and resolve functional issues andchallenges that arise during implementation, collaborating withcross-functional teams when necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business,Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experienceas a functional consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral.

Proficiency in configuringMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet unique business requirements.

Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
