Project Manager @ Synapseindia

Job Description

Summary:Synapse has a great client development team, and a highly driven engineering team. We are looking for an awesome Project Manager to bring these two together, and manage the project delivery to clients. This requires a good understanding of IT projects and passion for delivery high- quality in a time- critical environment.Educational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or MBA.Key Skills:Decision Making, Communication, Problem Solving, Team Client Management, Planning Time Management.Prior Experience for Job Role should include:SDLC and Agile methodologies of software development.
4+ years experience in managing software development projects.
Domain knowledge and experience with enterprise software development and delivery.
PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Google Sheets and Excel.
Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
Experience of successfully engaging senior management and groups of stakeholders.
Clear decision- making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities and changing demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Experience managing teams in a DevOps culture. Good- to- have Exposure to:PMP certification or who have worked within an ISO environment
Experience with big data solutions.
