Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the IT infrastructure's day-to-day operations, ensuring that infrastructure services are delivered promptly and efficiently including the organization's cloud environment.
- Monitor the performance of the IT infrastructure, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that the infrastructure is operating at peak efficiency.
- Develop and maintain IT infrastructure policies and procedures that ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems.
- Oversee all administrative functions associated with the (existing Ticketing / Monitoring Tools)
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior management in developing long-term plans.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong technical background in network, server, and storage technologies and their implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
