Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support

Operational Planning:Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement
Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
Conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards
Quality Control:Establish and maintain quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify and resolve quality issues
Customer Satisfaction:Work closely with customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction
Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and exceed service level expectations
Inventory Management:Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment
Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize stock turnover
Vendor Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize data analytics tools to assess operational performance and generate insightful reports
Present findings and recommendations to the management team for informed decision-making
Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards
Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing preventive measures as necessary
Communication:Facilitate clear communication between departments to ensure seamless operations
Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams
