JSW Requirement Summary
Primary Focus: Back-end automation with Rest Assured and Java.
Technical Skills: Prociency in Rest Assured, Java, TestNG, and Maven.
Customer Expectations:
Ability to understand the product and convert user scenarios into test cases.
Focus on logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Example tasks include writing Rest Assured code for API requests and identifying test
scenarios beyond status codes. Practical problem-solving, such as handling JSON responses and database operations
for resource management. Interview Process:
Initial technical round focusing on coding and technical skills.
Follow-up round emphasising scenario-based questions and logical thinking.
The importance of candidates being able to think logically and understand the context of the
product to create eective test cases and automation scripts.
