Amity Software Limited is in the process of developing a Core Banking System for a bank overseas. The project duration is expected to be 2.5 to 3 years. We are looking for a senior person to head this project who in-turn will be supported by Project Manager(s) and will build his own team for this project.

Role & responsibilities

To head the Core banking project including:

Systems Study and framing of specifications
Designing the system
Software Development
Timely Delivery
Data Migration
User Training
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Dress Rehearsal
Successful Go Live
Post Go Live Support

This Core Banking software project will be spanning entire gamut of banking operations. It is a greenfield project, implying that it will be developed from scratch in Microsoft Technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Willing to take entire responsibility of project.
Significant experience in development of Core banking software in a reputed company.
Excellent Education preferable from premier institutions
Excellent Communicator in English & Hindi
Mature and capable of dealing with senior most levels.
Minimum 15 years of total experience in Software Development industry, preferably developing software products.
Track Record of delivery large projects as a Project Manager or Head, preferably in BFSI domain.
Soft spoken, Articulate, a good orator, and excellent motivator
Extrovert with Soft skills
Willing to Travel to East Africa for long durations.
Willing to relocate to Noida, if not already from Noida/Delhi/Faridabad, Ghaziabd/NCR
Willing to dedicate himself to project and work for long hours and extra days
High I.Q. Level
Passport is mandatory
