Job Description

• content=Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing and average skills in load testing
• Critical role is to ensure the quality and performance of our applications through thorough testing and collaboration with development teams
• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute detailed functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
• Conduct load testing to assess application performance under varying conditions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality assurance processes
• Document and track defects using issue-tracking tools, ensuring clear communication of issues to the development team
• Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and practices
• Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist end-users as necessary
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing
• Qualifications:4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Strong expertise in functional testing methodologies and tools
• Average experience with load testing and performance testing tools (JMeter)
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
