Job Description

To handle Joining and exit process
Monitor Performance appraisal management
Handle salary revisions and to provide inputs for payroll process
Aware of statutory compliance and facilitating for the same
Provide guidance to teams on the HR policies and process
Initiate & conduct various employee communication programs
Conduct various employee engagement activities
Grievance Handling and to conduct one-on-one sessions with employees
Initiate & drive rewards & recognition program
Handle inter department communication
Monitor employees Leave and attendance data
To maintain HRIS
To handle end to end recruitment on need basis
To handle overseas travel
Compliance the HR functions as per ISO & ISMS standards
Able to manage admin department for Ahmedabad location
Adherence to the expected roles and responsibilities wrt ISMS and QMS standards
