Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Dual role of working as Individual contributor and mentoring a team of Product Managers in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
- Drive the roadmap for cross-functional product initiatives from ideation to delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and client success teams to deliver quality, scalable features.
- Manage Jira boards and Agile processes across teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and product decisions.
- Interface with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate product vision.
- Own documentation and collaboration related to SLAs, MSAs, and technical integration specs (e.g., APIs, SSO, cloud architecture).
- Work with account management and customer success to understand post-launch performance and improve adoption.
- Deliver on-time, high-quality product updates that drive measurable business and user outcomes.
- Own the product quality lifecycledrive UAT, define acceptance criteria, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Create new product features or product lines. Coordinate with the design, development and business teams for the same.
- Proven experience in driving QA processes and leading UAT for your product areas.
- Ensure consistency and performance across both Android and iOS applications, including feature parity and mobile-first design thinking
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with 1+ years leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and broader Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid grounding in product development, UX/UI principles, and customer-centric design.
- Experience managing mobile applications (Android & iOS) in a product leadership capacity.
- Proven success delivering cross-functional, collaborative products in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent data analysis skills able to derive insights from behavioural and product data to guide strategy.
- Familiarity with SaaS platform architecture, including AWS/Azure, API integrations, and SSO.
