Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Achieving Stockiest & Dealer wise Target.
• Identifying weak markets within the stockiest area.
• Monitoring future Prospect (Dealers appointment).
• Tracking Call Cycle based on the potential of Dealers ( A,B &C)/ project parties and prospects. Making 8-10 nos. productive calls on daily basis.
• Be updated about Competitors Prices & schemes.
• Be updated about Competitors Marketing activities.
• Doing evaluation of outflow and outcome of schemes floated from time to time.
• Doing evaluation of various fairs which take place in his area at different location so as to develop plans based on the footfall and our business requirement.
• Collecting and evaluating data of Project Parties and following the cycle till the loop is closed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate
• 3+ years of experience in Building Material Industry
