Technical Solution Architect @ Softtech Engineers

• Full Stack Revamp - Lead the comprehensiverevamp of the products full stack, encompassing front-end, back-end, anddatabase components. Evaluate existing architecture, technology stack, anddesign patterns to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  Technical Strategy and Roadmap - Develop atechnical strategy and roadmap for the product revamp, considering long-termscalability, performance, and maintainability. Align technical decisions withthe business goals and customer needs. Propose the prioritization of theproduct features to key management team so that they realize further pathwaysand steps that must be taken for product development.
  
• Architecture Design - Define and design thearchitecture for the revamped product, ensuring it meets industry standards,best practices, and security requirements. Implement robust architecturalpatterns to enhance reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
  Technology Stack Selection - Identify andrecommend appropriate technologies and frameworks for different layers of theproduct, considering the specific requirements and objectives. This willrequire understanding and harmonizing with other products within our companyportfolio.
  
• Performance Optimization - Optimize theperformance of the revamped product, addressing latency, response times, andoverall user experience to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  Legacy Integration and Data Migration - Developstrategies for seamless integration with existing systems and data migrationfrom the legacy product to the new architecture. Ensure data integrity andminimize downtime during the migration process.
  
• Quality Assurance and Testing - Define testingstrategies and ensure thorough testing of the revamped product to identify andaddress any technical issues or bugs.
  Observe the market for related technologysolutions, assess if they suit the companytech strategy and set theacquisition goals.
  
• Represent the company in selected techassociations and technology-related conferences to show presence on the marketand promote the companytech achievements.
  Assess the timeframes for the development teamand be responsible for every product release the company does.

2. People Aspects:

• Collaboration and Leadership - Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including development, QA, product management, andUX/UI, to ensure a cohesive and effective revamp process. Provide technicalleadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in implementingthe new architecture and technology stack.
  
• Ensure efficient usage of tools andimplementation of processes and systems thus creating a proficient environmentfor effective delivery.
  Ensure UPSKILLING of team, through activeparticipation in learning and development initiatives.
  
• Recruiting for the tech team, reacting to issues indevelopment, and establishing the KPIs and deadlines. Play crucial role inonboarding new engineers, through interpersonal talks, help them cope withengineering challenges

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualifications: bacheloror masterdegree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a relatedfield. Engineer (CS or Electronics) with 12 - 15years of experience, out ofwhich a minimum of 5 years in leading the Technology Stream, relevant to thelatest technology trends, in a startup or a mid-sized IT Product company. Fullstack software engineering experience with 8+ years of experience leading,developing, and scaling engineering teams.
• Demonstrated relevant experience in softwaredevelopment and architecture, with a focus on product revamping andmodernization. Demonstrated experience of working on enterprise level products.
• Hands-on and end-to-end product build,development and delivery experience with a mix of customer interfaces (eg web,mobile), languages and technologies, SaaS/Cloud based/ Big sized / DateCentered application, with a strong concurrent user base.
• Proven experience in leading large-scalearchitectural transformations and driving successful product revamps.
• Technological awareness - Awareness of bothemerging and existing technologies including programming languages andframeworks. Experience in Micro Services based architecture, analytics, andautomation flows.
• Coding skills - Strong knowledge of softwarearchitecture, design, and programming. A solid development background isrequired for Javascript (node.js/ react.js), .Net Core, Data structures &cloud platforms (Azure/ AWS). Awareness of DevOps highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstratedability to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines andbudgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strongskills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andmanage multiple priorities.
