Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Team Lead (Full Stack) to join our product development team. You will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, designing scalable architecture, delivering high-quality solutions, and working closely with product managers and US-based stakeholders to implement innovative features.
Youll also act as a key technical liaison, mentor junior developers, and ensure timely delivery of critical roadmap items.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of core features using .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, and React.
- Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and performant applications.
- Manage background tasks using Hangfire and ensure reliability of scheduled jobs.
- Work on third-party API integrations including CRMs, job boards, and payment gateways.
- Implement or enhance AI-driven features using OpenAI APIs.
- Collaborate with QA, product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate directly with USA-based stakeholders, understand requirements, provide regular updates, and suggest improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, and DevOps practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, and React.
- Experience with Azure Services (Web Apps, Storage, Azure SQL, Functions, etc.).
- Experience with REST API development and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with background job processing using Hangfire.
- Understanding of OpenAI API integration and applications of Generative AI is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in direct communication with US-based stakeholders or clients.
- Good understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Qualities
- Strong ownership and ability to lead a product module independently.
- Able to propose technical solutions and improvements proactively.
- Comfortable with documenting system behavior and workflows.
- Knowledge of job/recruitment platforms, matching logic, or resume parsing is a plus.
- Previous experience in SaaS or plugin-based products is advantageous.
