Job Description
We are lookingfor a Passionate, Result Oriented Leader with strong technical skills to Deliverhigh-quality training programs and fostering an engaging and impactful learningenvironment across the Delivery teams (Juniors till Architect Level)
Youare all set to:
Manage the skill training and other modes oflearning effectively. You will positively image and map the learning andknowledge of the learners who would be in various age groups. You will preparethe learners with effective technical skills and enhance their learningexperience.
You are someone who:
Understand the training needs of the organizationand devise the strategy.
Present Training Need Assessment every quarter and catalysethe learning objective of all KANINIans.
Liaise with Delivery and leadership team todetermine training needs and render technical training sessions.
Design module outline and facilitate/rendereffective technical training programs.
Measure effectiveness of training programs based onthe performance of the project and other relevant techniques.
Facilitate seminars, technical workshops,hackathons.
Develop course material such as module summaries,videos etc.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas ofimprovement for better talent enablement.
Groom technical mentors and create succession.Ensure the project resources requirements are fulfilled internally by effectivetraining strategy.
You bring in :
Proven experience Corporate Technical Trainerdevising the training strategy Develop training plan and drive /Facilitate the Training, motivate the team for continuous Learning.
Strong Technical Expertise across Web/MobileApplication Development in .NET, Java, Cloud Engineering and Data Analytics
Experience in driving the transformationinitiatives and Organization Change Management
Identify innovative initiatives to Transform theTalent to a strong Solution Provider and thought leader.
Experience in various coaching/trainingmethodologies
Proficient in MS Office and e-learning platforms
Establish strong Governance to assess the trainingeffectiveness which results in strong Delivery enablement.
Good experience in Project Delivery, Customercommunication and stakeholder management
Strong Communication and Presentation skills toinfluence the teams for upskilling and cross-skilling
Yourqualification is:
B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in ComputerScience/IT)
