Role & responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote designated products and explain their features, benefits, and usage.
• Demonstrate product use if required.
• Maintain product display areas and ensure promotional materials are up-to-date.
• Collect customer feedback and report it to supervisors.
• Support in organizing in-store events or special promotions.
• Coordinate with store staff to replenish stock and manage inventory.
