Technical Business Analyst @ Capgemini

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technology Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that digital solutions align with strategic goals and deliver real value to our customers.

Locations: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for technology solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories or functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand current and future state processes.
• Support the development and implementation of digital banking platforms, APIs, and core banking systems.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
• Proven ability to work with APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
