Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Light Industrial Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter focused on light industrial staffing, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure that the right candidates are selected for various roles in the light industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for positions such as warehouse workers, production associates, machine operators, and other similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for light industrial positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match them to job requirements.
Build and maintain a network of candidates for future job opportunities.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Screen resumes, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the interview process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Manage recruitment campaigns and help clients fill positions quickly while maintaining high standards.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding recruitment and hiring processes.
Keep track of and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on light industrial roles (warehouse, production, assembly, etc.).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to staffing and recruiting.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
A proactive approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for light industrial or manufacturing roles.
Knowledge of local labor market trends and competitive salary data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.",
