Job Description
Technical Team Lead - DotNet
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with strong hands-on experience in Azure Functions, Azure Services, Service Bus, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in C# and .NET Core, and a solid understanding of designing and building scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Build and deploy Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, and other Azure components.
- Design and implement Microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Develop message-driven systems using Azure Service Bus and other messaging services.
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and product teams to design cloud-native solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Proficient in Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, App Services, Storage Accounts, and other Azure PaaS components.
- Solid experience with Microservices architecture, containerization, and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Good understanding of application performance tuning and optimization in a cloud environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure API Management, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus.
