Job Description

Effectively working with stakeholders bothinternally and externally to the organisation.
Understand business requirements and implementtechnical requirements while working with standard design principles.
Engage with the Architect to produce high-level and/or detailed design of requirements.
Estimating development effort for requirements.
Demonstrating experience working with workflows inone or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM,SecOps)
Drive process optimisation, efficiencies andproductivity using automation.
Act as a mentor to support and lead your team.
Develop and implement new ServiceNow applicationsand integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to thecustomer requirements.
Develop workflows and scripts to personalizeexisting ServiceNow applications and automate andimprove business processes.
Understand detailed requirements and own your codefrom design, implementation, test automation, and deliveryof high-quality solutions to our customers.
Design quality features and thinks about how theapplications and solutions will evolve in the future.
Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic andagile environment
Having a strong focus on code quality andreusability

You bring in :

Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow Design andDevelopment experience apart from support/admin.
Good to have any ServiceNow Implementation SpecialistCertification or Application Developer Certification.
ITSM/ITBM/ITOM/Security Ops/GRC development experience(Good to have).
Hand on experience in Integration of third-partyAPIs - Primary skills: ServiceNow ITSM/GRC Dev engineer.
Must be CSA certified and great plus if certifiedas Implementation specialist.
Hands On Experience in Integration of APIs.


WePrefer:

Minimum years of experience: 3 years in ServiceNowdevelopment (Not administration).


Your qualification is:

B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in ComputerScience/IT)
