 Senior Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a result driven, enthusiastic & ambitious Senior Sales Development Representative to join our founder-led sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Closing on quarterly lead targets.
  • Account management of existing customers for upselling.
  • Writing call scripts & making cold calls.
  • Writing email pitches & running cold email campaigns.
  • Finding & curating ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)  for new offerings.
  • Creating lead list from multiple sources.
  • Generating Sales Qualified Leads on periodic basis & Qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Pitching and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
  • Maintaining CRM & keeping track of deals, closure, contacts etc.
  • Mentor junior SDRs and provide guidance on best practices in prospecting and lead qualification.

Skills

  • Understanding of IT Sales & Services.
  • Understanding of different engagement models & price points.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced emailing skills / writing formal email pitches.
  • Should have cold calling experience.
  • Creating sales pitches for services.
  • Understanding of IT sales, value propositions, pitching in different ways.
  • Should be able to use MS Office, CRM, Sales intelligence tools.
