Coordination with External Agencies and Internal Field team to adhere to service and quality
Supervision of team of individual contributors to drive them towards team objectives
Monitoring of Success, Quality and turnaround time of claims under investigation
Periodical review of external agencies
Implementation of processes and plans to drive success of investigations
Review of claims received from legal authorities
Representation with Ombudsman
