Job Description
Position SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and proactive MS Dynamics 365 CE and Power Pages Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in customizing Dynamics 365 CE applications and developing solutions using Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portal). You will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and user-friendly web portals integrated with Dataverse and other Microsoft services.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Pages.
Customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to align with business needs, including custom entities, forms, and views.
Design and implement Power Pages components like web templates, entity lists, basic and advanced forms, and custom themes.
Develop C# plugins, workflows, and custom business logic in Dynamics 365 CE.
Create and manage data models in Dataverse, including relationships and business rules.
Write custom JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid templates, and CSS to extend Power Pages functionality.
Integrate CE applications with external systems via Power Automate, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
Ensure secure access management by implementing Azure AD, OAuth, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Perform data migration and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and performance.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions delivered.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Follow DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for ALM and automated deployments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Pages development.
Strong experience with Power Pages components: web templates, entity lists, forms, and theming.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and SQL.
Experience integrating CE with Power Automate, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Dataverse, including schema design and custom business rules.
Knowledge of security implementation using Azure AD and OAuth in CE and Power Pages.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
Ability to independently design and implement scalable solutions.
Experience with DevOps tools for packaging and deployment, especially CI/CD pipelines with GitHub or Azure DevOps.
Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles for Power Pages.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-600, or PL-200) are a plus.
Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
