Job Description
Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, AWS)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, React, and AWS services.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless and user-centric web experiences.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server-side and client-side development.
Design, optimize, and manage database operations, including schema changes, using SQL Server.
Build dynamic front-end interfaces using React, incorporating state management solutions like Redux and Context API.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, and API development.
Proficient in React.js, with a solid understanding of React hooks and Redux for state management.
Expertise in front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, and Bootstrap.
Solid experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, including data modeling.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deploying applications on AWS.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and building CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
Good knowledge of web standards, performance optimization techniques, and responsive web design.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and a TDD (Test-Driven Development) approach.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
Proficient in working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript toolchains (Webpack, Babel).
Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
Ability to mentor junior developers and guide them technically.
