Job Description
Bringing the brightest minds to collaborate and drive mutual success.- Day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally software.
- Preparing and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including bill payments and collections.
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and update the accounting system.
- Preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
- Assisting with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com) OR M.Com is mandatory.
- Hands on of Invoicing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Expereince with GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiencient in Tally ERP accounting software.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances related to PF and ESI.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
