Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in designing, developing, and deploying solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform, along with strong integration skills using Power Platform and Azure services. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Customize and configure CE applications to meet functional and technical requirements.
Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and JavaScript-based enhancements.
Create and manage Dataverse data models, relationships, and business logic.
Integrate CE with other applications via Power Automate, Azure Functions, Web APIs, and custom connectors.
Handle data migration, cleansing, and validation while ensuring integrity and consistency.
Conduct unit testing, provide support, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Maintain high-quality technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.
Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and new features in Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards and work with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and customization.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
Strong understanding of Dataverse and the Power Platform ecosystem.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE integrations via REST APIs and Web Services.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Familiarity with security models, including Azure AD, OAuth, and role-based access controls.
Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment (GitHub/Azure DevOps).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and deliver effective solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for collaboration with global teams.
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Experience with ALM using Power Platform tools.
Exposure to Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-200, MB-210) are a plus.
Working knowledge of Power BI and Power Pages.
