Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience Range: 5-8 Years
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, Kochi & Trivandrum

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on development experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts
• Strong understanding and practical experience with SOQL/SOSL
• Expertise in Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and secure data handling practices
• Domain knowledge and project experience in Sales Cloud
• Experience in solution design, component customization, and implementation based on business requirements
• Ability to follow and enforce Salesforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and deliver high-quality code
• Involvement in deployment and release management activities

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service, Experience)
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or App Builder

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and customize Salesforce components and applications in line with business requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure secure and efficient data exchange
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts and functional leads to understand and deliver business objectives
• Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
• Support system deployment, configuration, and maintenance efforts
