You will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with their journey from check-in to boarding. Key Responsibilities Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers upon arrival and provide friendly assistance throughout their airport experience. Flight Operations: Ensure that all flight-related operations, such as boarding and deplaning, are conducted smoothly and efficiently. Assist with aircraft ground handling, including aircraft marshaling, refueling, and ensuring the safe movement of planes on the tarmac. Safety and Security: Enforce airport safety protocols and security measures to ensure the safety of both passengers and staff. Monitor and report any safety hazards or suspicious activities, in line with airport regulations. Help with the loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring proper handling and compliance with safety procedures. Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing passengers inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. Ensure that passengers are comfortable and well-informed during their time at the airport. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, flight crews, and other airport staff to ensure seamless operations. Follow airport procedures and policies, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment. Participate in training programs and stay updated on airport protocols and safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in aviation, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is preferred but not essential. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
