We are on the lookout for exceptional candidates who can join us within an immediate to 30 days" time. Experience- 12 years to 16 years. Heres a sneak peek into what the role entails: *Responsibilities:** - Solution Design: Architect and design Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Talend tools while ensuring alignment with business requirements and data governance standards. - Data Integration: Develop and implement data integration processes, including ETL/ELT, to consolidate data from various sources into the MDM system. - Data Quality Management Implement data quality rules and processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data. - Collaboration: Work closely with data stewards, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies. - Performance Optimization: Optimize MDM processes for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data integration, data quality, and MDM processes. - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM architecture, processes, and data flows. *Qualifications:** - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in MDM solutions with at least 3 years using Talend MDM. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Talend Data Fabric, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or Bash. - Database Knowledge: Experience with databases such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. -Education: bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
