Document audience components in the audience tracker, including:
Audience name
Audience size
Platform syndication
Frequency of syndication
Monitor ZMP (Zeta Marketing Platform) to ensure proper audience syndication.
Syndicate audiences** to digital platforms and ensure they align with campaign strategies.
Communicate with media team members (programmatic, social, and search) when appropriate, including:
Audience name
Date of syndication
Ensure audience syndication happens as planned, making necessary extensions if required.
Conclude audience syndication by stopping syndication when it is no longer needed.
QA and troubleshoot audience errors, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Input and update tickets, including escalations as necessary.
Collaborate with media leads to address questions and provide clarity on audience syndication.
Perform manual updates for Bing syndication when contracts include this requirement.
