Job Description

    • Job Title: Head of Sales
      Job Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership

      Reports To: CEO / Managing Director

      Job Summary:
      We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Sales to lead our national/regional sales strategy and team. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling revenue, expanding into new markets, optimizing sales operations, and building a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, outstanding leadership, and a strong record of driving sustained business growth.

      Key Responsibilities:
      *Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve long-term revenue and market share goals
      *Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales managers and executives across multiple locations or business units
      *Identify and penetrate new markets while strengthening presence in existing ones
      *Establish performance benchmarks and monitor KPIs across sales teams
      *Work closely with the executive team to align sales initiatives with business objectives
      *Build and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
      *Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure go-to-market success
      *Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning processes
      *Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategy
      *Represent the sales function in board meetings and strategic planning discussions

      Qualifications & Requirements:
      *Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
      *10+ years of progressive experience in sales, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role
      *Proven success in building and leading high-performance sales teams
      *Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
      *Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally
      *Experience with sales operations, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
      *Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as needed

      Preferred Experience:
      *Deep knowledge of B2B/B2C sales models
      *Experience managing multiple sales channels (direct, indirect, digital, key accounts)
      *Track record in launching new products or expanding into new markets
      *Ability to manage P&L responsibilities
